Well Route LLC Cancellation and Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 14, 2025
Well Route LLC, operating as Well Route (“Well Route,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides telemedicine services to Texas residents on an out-of-pocket basis, as we do not accept insurance. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines our terms for canceling appointments, services, memberships, and any associated fees. Please read carefully before booking or purchasing.
1. Appointment Cancellations
You may cancel a telemedicine appointment at no charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend (no-show), you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
This fee applies to ensure availability for other patients and covers administrative costs.
2. No Refunds for Services
We do not offer refunds for any services, including but not limited to:
Telemedicine appointments (whether completed or canceled late), including the initial consult fee of $499, which includes baseline labs but excludes any specialty labs (additional charges apply for specialty labs, which are non-refunded).
Testing, labs (baseline or specialty), test kits, or prescriptions ordered through our services.
Membership fees (see below for membership details).
All payments are final once a service, test kit, or testing is scheduled, ordered, or delivered.
3. Third-Party Purchases
We may recommend supplements, products, or other items available through third-party vendors. Well Route is not responsible for any purchases made through these third parties, including their refund policies or practices.
Any issues with third-party purchases (e.g., supplements, recommended items) must be addressed directly with the vendor, and no refunds will be provided by Well Route.
4. Membership Cancellations
Membership fees are $159 per month, subject to change with notice.
You may cancel your Well Route membership at any time by contacting us at info@gowellroute.com or through your account on our Healthie portal (https://secure.gethealthie.com/go/wellroute).
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to membership benefits, including prescription refill management, until the end of the current billing period, but no refunds will be issued for any portion of the membership fee.
After the billing period ends, prescription refill management will no longer be available through Well Route, as this is a membership benefit. To support your ongoing care, we encourage you to arrange alternative prescription management before cancellation, such as contacting your primary care provider, pharmacy, or another healthcare professional. You may reach out to us at info@gowellroute.com during the billing period for assistance in planning this transition.
To avoid charges for the next billing period, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to cancel appointments or services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., provider unavailability, technical issues). In such cases, we’ll notify you promptly and reschedule at no additional cost. No refunds will be issued unless we cannot provide the service.
If a payment is processed in error (e.g., duplicate charge), contact us within 7 days at info@gowellroute.com to request a correction.
