REFUND POLICY
Well Route LLC – Telemedicine Services in Texas

At Well Route LLC, we strive to provide high-quality telemedicine services, including peptide protocols, mold detox regimens, and weight loss solutions. Please review our refund policy below. All services are cash-pay and not covered by insurance.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS & SERVICES
The following items and services are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Custom Products: Peptide therapies, GLP-1 medications, and mold detox kits, once ordered or dispensed, cannot be returned due to their personalized nature.
Consultations: Initial consultations and follow-up visits are non-refundable once completed.
Subscriptions: Monthly subscription plans ($450) are non-refundable after payment is processed.
No refunds or complimentary services are offered. All payments must be made in full at the quoted price before services are provided. We do not accept returns on discounted items or gift cards (if applicable).
INSURANCE DISCLAIMER
Well Route LLC does not participate in insurance plans. All services, including peptide protocols, mold detox regimens, and weight loss treatments, are not covered by insurance. If you submit a claim to your insurance provider, you are responsible for any and all non-covered costs. We are not liable for denied claims or related expenses.
FOLLOW-UP LIMITATIONS
Follow-up support for any service (e.g., consultation or lab results review, if applicable) is available for 30 days from the service date. After this period, you must seek further care from another provider. Information provided is limited to the scope of the service purchased.
SERVICE & LAB CONSIDERATIONS
During the telemedicine process, delays, lost specimens (if labs are involved), or errors may occur outside Well Route’s control. If we partner with third-party laboratories for testing, your personal health information may be shared with them for identification and processing, and potentially with local health departments if required by law. Well Route is not responsible for lab-related issues.
REFUND PROCESS
To request a refund (where applicable, e.g., for unfulfilled orders):

We’ll review your request and notify you of approval or denial within 5 business days.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider’s processing time.
Refunds are not available for services already rendered or products shipped.
